CoreAlignCoreAlign History

Physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman designed the CoreAlign to improve posture, balance and functional movement.  CoreAlign emphasizes an upright posture, and the exercises deliver a true muscle-sculpting and cardio combination.  Your core stability muscles will fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training. CoreAlign training is great for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, performance enhancement and as a regular exercise regimen for a healthy lifestyle.

The Workout

An entire 55 minute session can be done on the CoreAlign, but it may also be used in conjunction with a Pilates session.   Your workout starts with deceptively simple moves and then increases in difficulty until your muscles are shaking and sweat starts dripping.  The workout combines challenging strength work, core-controlled aerobic training, and deep stretches.
