24 Hour Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our instructors, all sessions must be cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment/class time. If cancellation is not received from instructor 24 hours prior to schedule appointment/class then it will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in client being charged in full.

Purchase Policies

All sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Clients who wish to hold a standing private or duet session must purchase a 5 pack minimum to guarantee their time slot being reserved.  Clients who wish to hold a standing class time, can reserve as many classes are available in their current package.

Amplified Pilates reserves the right to request a doctor’s note of permission to exercise for pre and post natal, as well as post-rehabilitation clients.

General Policies

Amplified Pilates strives to give each client our undivided attention during their session time. Sessions begin and end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals are responsible for the full fee of their session.

Tier 1 private and duet sessions are 55 minutes. Tier 2 private and duet sessions and other semi-private sessions are 50 minutes.

Please be courteous, quiet and friendly while sessions are in progress.

We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the studio, to avoid interruption to you and others during their sessions.

Gift certificates are available in any amount.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, check, and cash payments. Credit card is required to reserve first private lesson.
